This is a free museum and play center that is in the process of being built, and not open to the public at this time, though they did have a one day public preview that I was able to attend. Part of their mission statement says, "Playland-Not-at-the-Beach celebrates the magic and history of bygone amusements, providing interactive family fun experiences that help people of all ages rediscover the joy of being a kid."
